Because our mantra is that “Every fleeting moment should be remembered, not forgotten”. We decided to chronicle our daily adventures, new discoveries, food trips and experiences here in this blog. Since, I love to write and we both love trying out new things to widen our horizons and help us grow more. We decided to create this website to share and document our everyday adventures.
So here goes, last Sunday we decided to spend time after mass scouring out new finds and cheap thrills in the bargain finds of Greenhills, he bought some programs which can aid us in our Video editing and producing our Video Clips that we will be soon posting here too.
Afterwards, we heard mass in the Chapel along the Shopping center to cater to our Sunday obligations then we headed off to satiate our hunger pangs in the Promenade section of the place. there were a lot of good finds but since I was craving for some Ox Tail that night we came to a consensus to try out Krazy Garlic located at the 2nd level of the New Wing in Promenade.
Since we already consumed a flavorful mix of Strawberry and Caramel Brownie Sundae (Which I must say was good! Since I have such a penchant for sweets) we were already half full so we just decided to have a decent meal to cap off the night while exploring the new stalls in the new mall.
So there we were outside Krazy Garlic being ushered to our seats by this waitress wearing a velvet long dress. She was very amicable and their staff were very attentive to our needs and requests always coming up on our table every 20 minutes or so to check up on us and how the food was. Good Customer service for this joint, I must say 🙂
We ordered the Garlic Oxtail and Chorizo Paella for our Main dish. (The Spanish Chorizo garnished with Black Olives and Red Bell Peppers were very evident in the taste of the dish). Next in line, we also had the Beef Con Salsa Blanca which was (Ox Cheek with mushroom and black olive braised in White Wine and Cream) I must say, this was a good match. The Ox Cheek was really tender to devour and you can really taste in your mouth the creaminess of the stew and the mushrooms in the mixture. (This i especially loved, since I’m such a fan of eating mushrooms) Anyway, to help us gulp it all down we ordered the Pretty in Pink Drink (I think it’s a Guyabano drink with Garlic toppings, mind you this was really good! 🙂 )
At the end of the day, I must say we were happy with the Customer Service rendered to us and the food was very good too. This restaurant is worth the wait, however the prices are quite not budget friendly since it’s kind of costly especially if you’re operating on a tight budget. But, I assure you the experience will be worth it.
