I love eating out and trying out various new food joints! 🙂 Guess that’s mainly the reason why I became a food blogger in the first place right? From randomly trying out various food stalls and new joints which seems to pop around here and there around the metro to sticking it out with my ultimate favorite food staples like mushrooms and STEAK! 🙂
But of course, I am very much welcome to new adventures and trying out new food joints especially when I get to satisfy my gustatory cravings and when it offers a wide selection of dishes and house specialties to choose from. How can one say no to that? The call of the food is simply irresistible for me so when one of my blogging idols and friends Richie from The Pickiest Eater invited me out for a Sunday Brunch at the HEAT I couldn’t pass up this chance. 🙂

I went with my sister who just recently graduated from college since she didn’t really have an eat all you can smorgasbord of gustatory delights on the night of her graduation so this served already as my grad treat to her 🙂
Upon entering the place, we were immediately ushered to our seats wherein a private function room was reserved for us. Richie told us to just navigate the place and get whatever dish that we wanted so me and my sister surveyed the place first and me being the foodie that I am decided to take some photos of those delectable mouth watering treats which caught my eye and which are definitely drool worthy! 🙂
TBH, The first thing that caught my eye was the signage by the entrance which displays the highlights of their sumptuous offerings. Fresh lobsters, Baked oysters, Wagyu beef, Steak and who can resist their molecular Liquid nitrogen ice cream? Seeing this upon entering the place I knew that I was SOLD! 🙂

Words no matter how superfluous could not do justice to the delectable and mouth watering gustatory delights which was presented to us a couple of weeks ago so I hope the photos would speak for themselves. So here goes.. Brace yourself! 🙂
WARNING: May cause hunger pangs to kick in 🙂

The lobsters tasted light, sweet, savory. You can have them cooked exactly the way you want it. May it be buttered garlic with a hint of lemon, baked with overflowing cheese, hot off the grill, Chinese style stir fried or simply steamed, you’ll be coming back for more.

They also had the Happy Hour package (+P850) which provides unlimited wine, local beers, plus everything in the Thirst Quencher package.
The Happy Hour package also includes unlimited Mimosas from the Mimosa Bar. These flavored alcoholic beverages are quite refreshing and you can choose which fruity combinations to put in your minosa. The Strawberry Mimosa is my choice.since it was highly recommended by their bartender as one of their top picks.
However, if you are celebrating a special day or event, then go for the Ultimate Indulgence Package (+P1200) which gives you access to everything above plus unlimited champagne! Now that is a luxury you won’t find elsewhere!

A lot of other good delicacies were available that day like the rolls of various salmon and sashimi specialties. I like how the sushi chefs were pretty fast in making the different sushi and sashimis. They knew that a huge crowd of people were gunning for them so they were always on the go. However due to the long queue of people behind me I wasn’t able to snap some photos of it. 😦 Maybe the next time I pay them I visit it wouldn’t be too crowded. I guess the demand for great food brunches are quite high nowadays! 🙂
Heat’s SuperBrunch provides you the bang for the buck that you deserve. What’s more, kids can get to enjoy fun under the sun with a complimentary access to the lagoon shaped pool with aqua play or the indoor kiddie corner at the restaurant, while you sip and savor your way through the best varieties that HEAT has to offer.
