To be honest, I need help with regards to this area since I sometimes let my emotions get the best of me especially with new cuisines and dishes! 🙂 I get all giddy and hyper upon just smelling the delicious, newly cooked and delectable scent from the dishes percolating through my nostrils so I tend to consume more than what I can burn. 😦 Gotta strike a balance between the food that I intake and those calories that I burn I guess since I’m not getting any younger and I can feel that my metabolism isn’t as fast as it used to be.
Unfortunately, not everyone is able to practice regular exercising habits. Most would argue that they simply do not have the time for it; while others would say that they didn’t know where to start. This delay in exercise, in effect, encourages sedentary lifestyles, which can later cause adverse effects to the body.

For me, I opt to take a flight of stairs sometimes from the basement of our office to the 3rd floor instead of always relying on the elevator. It also gets me walking more so I guess its a good thing 🙂 Planning to put in more hours this coming months to the gym, so I can achieve my body goals 🙂

2. Find fun in exercising
Quietly jogging on a treadmill can be a bit of a bore; so when you exercise, be sure to find something that will make the activity more fun for you.
For one, this can make exercising seem like less of a hassle and more of a treat. Second, it can make you better appreciate your everyday physical routine.
For me, whenever I jog I make sure that my spotify on my phone is well functioning and I insert my phone to my arm band so that it will keep me entertained while I jog. I also prefer more physical activities like boxing, muay thai and swimming rather than the usual jogging. 🙂 Whatever floats your boat I guess. 🙂 To each his own.
Since I get bored easily by just sticking it out with one excercise routine I tend to gravitate more to those kinds of workouts which induce a lot of sweat in a short span of time due to the number of movements it requires. Hello HIIT and Circuit Trainings! 🙂
