That is why on weekends I usually just sleep all day to recharge my body and come Sunday, I then do my usual household chores and clean up my room which needs attending to since I rarely have time to clean it during the weekdays.

I try to practice deep breathing exercises to alleviate my body of the tension whenever I am stressed.

I usually hangout with my friends and vent or I go out to do long walks in our compound, work out in our Company Gym or just pore my feelings in my blog that way I can release the budding tension in my system.
