The Newest Food Hall in Morato: Elements Hall is Now Open

Despite being swamped for the past couple of weeks I still managed to scrape off some time to attend to one of the things that I loved doing: Attending events and blogging. So just last week I got invited to an opening of this newly refurbished food hall in the confines of Tomas Morato called Elements Hall.

To be honest, I haven’t been on a food crawl these past couple of months and if you would ask me if I missed food blogging? Of course I did! Despite the fact that I am slowly trying to wean myself off from eating a lot I am still madly and irrevocably in love with discovering new cuisines and places wherein I can dine in after a long day. So without further ado, let us check out this new place by the block which contains a variety of restaurants offering your palate a smorgasbord of flavors and dishes.

Just a couple of weeks ago, Elements Hall a 2 storey complex housing 10 various establishments opened up its halls to the public, inviting everyone to sample their authentic and sumptuous cuisines available in their various food stalls. Here are my top picks:

  1. Clucky’s –  My love for all things chicken has expanded into this food stall as this establishment offers an interesting twist to the chicken dish that we all love to feast on. You can choose from their 3 different sauces which are the : BBQ, Asian and Soy Garlic Sauces. Various side dishes in the likes of house salad, parmesan fries, dirty rice, chicken burgers etc are also available to compliment your chicken dish.

  1. Gelato Ice Cream – Having a sweet tooth since birth can both be a blessing or a curse as I am trying to lose weight and shed those unwanted fats to make way for the summer season and achieve the whistle bait figure I have been aiming to achieve. However, some things are too good to resist such as the ice cream from this food stall.

I was quite hesitant to whip myself some dessert since I didn’t want to add more calories to my already full stomach however upon having one spoonful of this creamy, flavorful and rich delicacy I didn’t want to lose sight of this booth anymore. I loved their Sea Salt Caramel and their Coffee Flavored Icre Cream as it contained real coffee crumbles. They also include real fruits in their mixes and would even offer making you a customized flavor depending on your preference.

Since I was quie full already I wasn’t able to try all the food stalls in the area so I am just listing my top picks from the food crawl I did. Here is my last top pick from my food venture:
3. Bibi-Waf- This one takes the cake for me as it offers a twist to our usual bibingka and American Waffle. They also offer their rich chocolately tablea from Davao as the beverage to complement this dish. You can take your pick from their special frostings, sandwiches and all day breakfast offerings.
