Got Myself Inked: My Embrow Experience

Some things are worth the RISK. I have been contemplating about it for quite some time now but I never had the courage to finally execute my plan due to my fear of needles and pain. However, upon learning from a friend that the procedure wasn’t really as painful as I thought, I tried to give it a go last Holiday ๐Ÿ™‚ I finally got myself inked with a TATTOO ๐Ÿ™‚ not those bad-ass tattoos you see on those prison break actors or those who are incarcerated behind bars but the cute ones for my brows ๐Ÿ™‚

Applying my brow makeup usually takes me the most as I have to ensure that they are aligned and are somewhat symmetrical. I wanted to save myself from that chore every morning so I decided to finally do it.ย

ย My booking was made thru their Facebook Pageย wherein they were very responsive to my questions. I then made my way to their outlet located inย Unit 2, Villamor Air Base Golf Course, Pasay City, Metro Manila. Since I wasn’t that keen with regards to directions I decided to just book a grab and then head there. ๐Ÿ™‚

Upon arriving at the venue, I was immediately greeted by their receptionist and was made to sign a waiver and a consent form before the procedure. I was also given a booklet which contained their additional aesthetic treatments like slimming, whitening and lip tint tattoo.

The procedure starts with cleansing the area and drawing your ideal shape. A proper cream aesthetic will then be applied and left for several minutes before cloning and embroidering your preferred shade.

Came to the place without any brow makeup on ๐Ÿ™‚ย

I was made to lie down on one of their beds while waiting for Ms. Helen, the owner who would do the procedure. Since my brows had been covered in topical anesthesia for quite some time now, I was deemed ready for the procedure ๐Ÿ™‚

Ms. Helen then drew an outline of what my brows would look like after the procedure ๐Ÿ™‚ Since she had been doing this for a long time, I trusted her judgment and we proceeded immediately with inking my brows.

One brow down, this is how it would look like once the treatment finished ๐Ÿ™‚ย

You could feel a tingling or vibrating sensation as the needle touches your brows but due to the anesthetic effect. I didn’t really feel much pain throughout it all ๐Ÿ™‚

The whole treatment took just around 1hour and a half including the anesthetic application which lasted for 45 minutes. Once done they gave me a soothing cream to take home for me to apply to my brows in the next couple of days until it peels off. Post-care instructions were also printed out on paper and was given to me to take home.

This is me now with my newly tinted brows. It might look a little dark now but I promise you its just gonna get better in the coming days ๐Ÿ™‚ย

WHAT TO EXPECT:ย
DAY 1-6:ย color will be very dark.
DAY 7-10:ย color pigmentation will peel off please do not use your hands to peel it off, let if peel off naturaly. At this time, color on the the brows may seem uneven.
AFTER 1 MONTH:ย do a tough up treatment more treatments might be needed for clients with enlarged porse, oily skin or clients who uses a lot of whitening skincare products.

Now, I don’t have to worry about my brows being unruly and out of shape as I just dash on some lip tint and dabble on some loose powder on my face and voila ๐Ÿ™‚ I am good to go out ๐Ÿ™‚
