Soothe your Pain with Precious Pillow

In case you don’t know me very well, I have been an avid fan of spas and massage places since time immemorial. This may very well be credited to my consistent lumbar back pain which has been bothering me for quite some time now.

I have tried a lot of treatments for my back like going to Karada to get my bones cracked, undergoing a PT Session after being subjected to the TENS machine. I have also tried acupuncture but to no avail. To be honest, my drawer is actually filled up with packs of salon pass and other mentholated-soothing creams to ease my back pain. What a TITA right? πŸ™‚

I guess having a desk job from 8am till 6pm doesn’t help my case as well since it further contributes to my back pain since I am mostly hunched on my desk during most parts of the day.

Since I rarely blog these days due to the number of tasks that I have to do on a daily basis especially now that I have started with my own side-hustle. I tend to be quite discriminating in the products/ events that I write about.

For the products, I would check them out first to see if it coincides with my values/ lifestyle and if I would be able to use the product during most parts of the day. So when I saw the thread in one of the groups that I am a member in regarding this product, I immediately signed up to blog about this.

Look what came in the mail today πŸ™‚Β

Since it was a weekend when the package came to our house, I was able to try it when we got home which was already quite late since we celebrated my sister’s birthday in advance with some friends πŸ™‚

I am not really a fan of cold compresses so I immediately heated this inside our microwave for a couple of minutes.

What is all the fuss about this product? You may wonder,Β  Well it’s basically a pillow that has organic herbs inside. You warm up the Precious Pillow via microwave. The combination of the herbal scent, warmth, and softness of the pillow will instantly whisk away all the stress you have on your shoulders and neck. It’s a pretty simple but brilliant and useful product that I highly recommend.

I use this product whenever I have my menstrual cramps which are about every month and whenever I feel stressed and I just want a good night’s sleep πŸ™‚

ABOUT THE PILLOW

Precious Herbal Pillows are perfect for comfort and relaxing your body anywhere, anytime for cool or warm relief.

Precious Herbal Pillow improves blood circulation, helps relax tired muscles, relieves tension, soothes stresses, relieves swelling in joints and bring comfort to aching body.

WHEN HEATED, it generates MOIST HEAT and it produces a slight steaming action that penetrates through your skin more quickly than dry heat. Moist heat is also proven superior to dry heat because it actually increases circulation that enables speedy recovery.

This is accomplished by its ability to help usher in the fresh blood cells, while assisting in the flushing out of unnecessary body wastes that hinder healing. Moist heat also gets deeper into tissues than ordinary dry heat. It helps accelerate soft tissue repair, increase blood flow.

WHEN COOLED, it lowers the temperature of the damaged tissue through heat exchange and constricts local blood vessels. This slows metabolism and the consumption of oxygen, therefore reducing the rate of cell damage and decreasing fluid build-up. Dry Cold Therapy can also numb nerve endings. This stops the transfer of impulses to the brain that register as pain.

WHATS INSIDE THE PILLOWS:
Cassia Seeds, Ginger, Cinnamon, Lemon Grass, Lavender and Pepper Mint.
