Happiness does not depend on other people but on yourself and to achieve this you have to put the work in yourself. Here are some top of mind disciplines that we must practice everyday to have a better quality of life and be more productive at the end of everyday.

  • Plan Your Morning

Getting up early in the morning has a lot of perks that can benefit your body. Get yourself a strong body by taking care of your health. Doing various cardio exercises or stretches in the morning, taking brisk walks, eating healthier, downing in supplements or vitamins to help boost your immune system can do wonders for your overall well-being. You can also structure your day by getting into that productive mindset wherein you can just  listen to various podcasts which will inspire you or help you learn a new thing or two.

  • Evaluate your friendships

They said that you are the summary of the people you surround yourself with. Check out the values of your friends, are they exemplifying the values that you want to imitate? Hangout with successful people and soon enough you can have that life as well.

  • Discipline your Targets

Evaluate your goals and layout the integral steps to take before you can achieve that goal. Every person has a season and to be ensured that you will bloom when your time comes, you must put in the groundwork building yourself, your brand or your credentials. Never stop learning and always strive to seek improvements in yourself no matter how incremental it might be.

Pay Yourself 1st

Whenever you get your paycheck make sure to pay your billables first and then save or invest the bulk of your paycheck in case a rainy day comes along. Then whatever is left from it, you can then use for your own personal expenditures.

It’s sad to say that in life people come and go, and at the end of the day you’re all that’s left. This is also the reason why we should have quality time with ourselves.   3. I agree.. When we depend on others, there will come a time when we will realize that we are not happy. When we build relationships of dependency with a partner, we could became a prisoner.   5. Good things that we need to learn to help us with life. If I may add up, we need to learn first on how to depend more and to trust God in everything we do in life. We must discipline ourselves to pray before we do anything and to read His words everyday in order to learn how to live life according to His will
