Losing your hair is perfectly normal – we shed up to 100 hairs a day – but for some people hair loss is much more serious and it’s affecting a growing number of men and women under 40.
The most common type of hair loss can be triggered by life changing events such as stress, leading to overall thinning of the hair. (In my case, my hair is naturally thin and it’s strands are easily damaged and brittle blame it to genetics hehe.) But hey, we can do something about this right? 🙂 We just need to know how to properly care for our hair just the right way 🙂
